Effective as of 1 April 2020 the law has changed

Employment contracts are required from the 1st day of employment & there are other changes that also need to be noted.  It would therefore be good to revisit your employment contracts to ensure compliance.

The Govt. Commissioned the ‘Taylor Review’ which lead to the ‘Good Work Plan’ providing new employment law legislation that needs to be considered.
